At Stampley's Flooring, we take pride in the quality of our work and aim to ensure complete customer satisfaction. To maintain fairness and transparency, please review our refund and service policy below:
Payment is due immediately upon completion of the agreed-upon work. An invoice will be issued reflecting the completed services as outlined in the estimate or service agreement.
Once payment has been made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This policy is in place because our services are custom, labor-intensive, and completed to the specifications agreed upon beforehand.
If you have any concerns or are dissatisfied with any part of the work, you must notify us before making payment. Once payment is issued to us, the project is considered accepted and finalized.
We encourage all clients to thoroughly inspect the completed work and discuss any questions or issues with us before the final invoice is paid.
If concerns are raised before payment, we will work with you to address them within the scope of the original agreement. Our goal is to leave you fully satisfied with the finished result.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your service, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may result in a rescheduling fee.
